Providing electronic information about reducing residential waste in Columbia and the surrounding Boone County is the goal of this project. The data base is targeted towards residents, not businesses. Detailed information about recycling opportunities, schedules and contact addresses are provided. Emphasis on composting in the section about home composting provides a crash course in compost related matters.
