Technology used

Representation of the project is done with the World Wide Web hypertext system. Documents consist of text, lists, images, background images and photographic images. As a browser for viewing the documents I recommend Netscape Version 1.1 or above. It works with IBM's Web Explorer, but currently Netscape's screen layout is better.

As the Physics Lab deletes all student files to the end of each semester, I can't guarantee that it will still be there after December 15, 1995.

A graphics resolution of at least 800 by 600 pixels is recommended, though there are no images exceeding 640 by 480 pixels. Having a large monitor or other large display unit is useful. Gamma correction on the output device increases the contrast on-screen dramatically. Color displays are recommended, but greyscale should work as well.
